PURCHASES & SHIPPING

We do accept international orders. Buyers are to pay all shipping costs. Buyers can choose from the shipping methods provided. Buyers are to agree to the shipping cost and payment shall be made before the items are shipped. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM TAXES OR DUTIES

All international orders require payment of duty and/or customs tax directly at the relevant country upon arrival. Every country has different duty/customs laws and fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim shall be for the repair or replacement of the defective part(s) or product(s) as provided, and shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall Ride Equip Pte. Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the product. Ride Equip Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable in connection with the product for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, or lost profits, regardless of whether Ride EquipPte. Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance or whether such damages are reasonably foreseeable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the maximum liability of Ride Equip Pte. Ltd. for any reason and any cause of action whatsoever in connection with or relating to the product and injury and damage resulting there from shall be limited to consequential or incidental damages.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Ride Equip Pte. Ltd., warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the product sold shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Ride Equip Pte. Ltd. will, at is sole discretion, repair or replace any component that fails during normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be at no charge to the consumer provided that the consumer shall be responsible for shipping or transportation cost to the service facility. This limited warranty does not extend to any products which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, acts of God or other circumstances beyond Ride Equip Pte. Ltd.’s control, including loss or damage in transit by a carrier, or as the result of service or modification by anyone other than Ride Equip Pte. Ltd.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY RIDE EQUIP PTE. LTD. RIDE EQUIP PTE. LTD. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIED, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY. RIDE EQUIP PTE. LTD. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT USE OF ANY PRODUCT WILL NOT RESULT IN INJURY.
